Ajenti requires EPEL repositories: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL

wget http://repo.ajenti.org/ajenti-repo-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
rpm -i ajenti-repo-1.0-1.noarch.rpm

Install the package:

yum install ajenti
