The time when I runned Eclipse in my computer, it has this information displayed: WorkSpace *** in use or cannot be created, choose a different one. So I searched in Google and got the resolution.
Go to C:user/WorkSpace/.metadata find a file called .lock, then delete it and restart eclipse.
