发现多个区域Azure Storage服务中断
最终导致最初（primary）躲过的区域受到冲击
接着(Secondary)造成的虚拟机收到影响
incident（冲突）导致两天手工解决的使用2天。
个人认为应该是大规模使用网络存储导致的问题，
1.当网络断开后，导致当量需要同步的数据在某个节点队列
2.当网络连通后，队列太大导致没有办法正常同步。
