未找到与约束 Microsoft.VisualStudio.Utilities.IContentTypeRegistryService 匹配的导出
解决办法：删除 C:\Users\Chen\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0 文件夹下 Microsoft.VisualStudio.Default.cache
