npm ERR! cb.apply is not a function
在C:\Users\用户名下找到.npmrc文件 将淘宝镜像registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org/ 替换该文件里的内容 修改成功后，执行npm info underscore命令 npm即可正常下载软件包
