configparser为python用于读取配置文件的模块，文件格式跟windows下的ini配置文件相似，可以包含一个或多个节(section), 每个节可以有多个参数（option）（键=值）
1. 准备配置文件：config_dev.ini， 文件内容：
[pg] # pg配置 host=127.0.0.1 port=8888 [mysql] host=1.1.1.1 port=9999
2. 使用configparser
