使用docker命令的时候出现这个，刚开始，也觉得很奇怪，也没有解决的办法。重点是在某一次关键时刻，也出现了这个问题。由于刚刚接触，也不知道这个是怎么回事？
root@server rancher1.6.5]# docker load
Cannot connect to the Docker daemon. Is the docker daemon running on this host?
无法连接到Docker守护程序。docker守护进程是否在此主机上运行？
这个的解决方法。就是从新启动docker就可以了！
[root@server rancher1.6.5]# systemctl enable docker
[root@server rancher1.6.5]# systemctl restart docker
