- 空格和标点符号要规范
- 慎用全部大写(欧美文化里,大写意指大喊,在投诉邮件里常见。两种情况下可以考虑部分单词大写:a:起强调作用;b:醒目,让客户注意)
- 字体及字体大小(Georgia,Calibri,Arial还有Corbel.字号10-12为佳)
- 字体加粗用法(突出重点,有利于客户的方面考虑加粗)
- 邮件主题要随着内容更换
- 邮件的内容有适当的提醒,让客户晓得你在等他回邮。
Eg:As soon as I receive your confirmation on the samples,I‘ll proceed with the mass production immediately
Pls let e know about your thoughts.I‘ll follow up as you suggest.
8.应提醒对方邮件里含有附件,且附件的文件名字,一定要另命名。
9.内容传递负面消息的时候,尽量使用长句。
Eg:Sorry to inform you that the shipment has to be delayed for a week.I will keep you updated about the status.
