urlencode不能直接处理unicode对象，所以如果是unicode，需要先编码，有unicode转到utf8，举例：
urllib.urlencode (u‘bl‘.encode(‘utf-8‘)) 

Requests支持HTTP连接保持和连接池，支持使用cookie保持会话，支持文件上传，支持自动确定响应内容的编码，支持国际化的 URL 和 POST 数据自动编码。

IV. requests不是python自带的库，需要另外安装 easy_install or pip install
V. requests缺陷:直接使用不能异步调用，速度慢（from others）。官方的urllib可以替代它。
