在web.xml中配置监听器ContextLoaderListener,该监听器可以监听ServletContext的创建和销毁,ServletContext的创建和销毁与Tomcat是同步的,而ContextLoaderListener默认加载WEB-INF目录下的ApplicationContext.xml配置文件,所以要设置配置文件的路径
