【背景】
近期，不少用户foxmail接收domino系统的邮件时报“Maildrop opened for exclusive access by another user”。
【解决办法】
在notes.ini增加参数POP_SESSION_TIMEOUT=10问题不在出现（可以在控制台输入 set config POP_SESSION_TIMEOUT=10）
