The server time zone value ‘?й???????‘ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone。
今天有Mysql的时候遇到了这个错误，应该是时区错误，具体不懂，解决方案：
1、创建数据库连接时的url："jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/db1?serverTimezone=UTC" 也就是相对于加上了 ?serverTimezone=UTC
但既然是在项目里加的，应该就指针对该项目。所以：
2、执行sql语句：set global time_zone=‘+8:00‘
