替代gzip的快速压缩方法

近期为了优化构建产物的压缩速率，从tar -zcvf替换到了pigz。

pigz, which stands for parallel implementation of gzip, is a fully functional replacement for gzip that exploits multiple processors and multiple cores to the hilt when compressing data. pigzwas written by Mark Adler, and uses the zlib and pthread libraries. 可见pigz实现了并行化的gzip，获得几十倍的速率提升。

同时兼容gzip解压，对用户完全透明。已在生产环境中直接上，没有任何问题。
