Given an integer, write a function to determine if it is a power of two.

Example 1:

Input: 1
Output: true 
Explanation: 20 = 1

Example 2:

Input: 16
Output: true
Explanation: 24 = 16

Example 3:

Input: 218
Output: false

题解：$2$ 的 $n$ 次幂二进制是只有一个 $1$ 后面 $n$ 个 $0$ ，如果减去 $1$ 之后就 $1$ 变成 $0$， $0$ 变成 $1$ 所以判断方法为  $(n & (n - 1) == 0)$

        if(n <= 0) return false;
        if((n & (n - 1)) == 0) return true;
        return false;
