头一次写springboot项目，打成war包时，pom.xml也都配置了，网上查了很多资料说是maven环境和java环境的问题，但是看了后没有发现什么问题，删了maven下的.m2maven库再重载也没有什么卵用，
后来在项目上右击 -->propreties -->maven 点击Pestore Defaults 把文本框的pom.xml给清空，然后Applly and close 保存并退出，再次打包。项目下的target下就有了war包。
