每次重新新建工程时候git的配置信息都不能直接在命令行里修改 用户名 和邮箱，不会生效，且报错

参考网上解决办法就是
找到工程目录的.git文件夹，打开之后找到config文件，在最后边加上一句话
[user]
email=your email
name=your name
