[Solution]
change Makefile:
LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf leveldb snappy \
lmdb boost_system hdf5_hl hdf5 m \
opencv_core opencv_highgui opencv_imgproc
add :opencv_imgcodecs solve my problem
