相信有不少人会遇到上面这种问题，正确解决之道：
1、点击错误信息中的github链接
2、先生成好token并copy
3、打开terminal，输入 export HOMEBREW_GITHUB_API_TOKEN=你copy的token字符串
4、搞定
$ export HOMEBREW_GITHUB_API_TOKEN=你copy的token字符串
brew时HOMEBREW_GITHUB_API_TOKEN错误
